In 2014 our founder was part of the NDIS Pilot Program based in Tennant Creek that continued the Gillard Government’s national rollout. Recognising a wonderful opportunity to help those with disabilities to live a better life – she noticed that the only thing missing was a culturally friendly provider with understanding for indigenous participants needs. In a moment of inspiration with her daughter, Nadscare was born to fill that gap and the very first site was set up at 60 Paterson Street, in Tennant Creek.
In October 2019, Nadscare was launched in Alice Springs and in January 2025, moved into our new premises at 56 Greatorex Road, Iparapa. A Nadscare satellite office is present in Darwin, along with a respite farm facility in Naracoorte, South Australia. The company is steadfastly keeping a focus on the wonderful opportunity Nadscare has been blessed with, in helping those with disabilities to live a better life.
